TRAINING TRAINING TRAINING
by Mike Tuttle, Lieutenant Governor Education   Mike
One might ask, does required training for Toastmasters ever end? The answer might be comparable to a great athlete or to a top flight business team, both are at the top of their game, but ask either how they stay there and always deliver their best and the answer will be they train continually

Just a week ago your top 3 officers completed mid year (read that winter) training in Rockford Illinois, a very pretty site all in all but a little difficult to get to. The point here is that Toastmasters ask no more of a club officer regarding training than it does a District Governor, to remain at the top of their game.

There will also be a DEC meeting after lunch as well as judges training-- any contest must have trained judges. With the exception of the DEC meeting which is for AG's/DG's only, all sessions are open to everyone.

Hope to see all 7 officers form each club at the training that best fits you. Also, we hope to see all those thinking of becoming officers or interested in leadership as well. The cost is $15.00 for the entire club if paid in advance (contact Kim Myers at kmyers9@kc.rr.com) or $3.00 per person at the door.
