District 22 leadership is responsible for conducting semi-annual Club Officer Training and annual training for Governor training. The format and content of training follow guidelines provided by Toastmasters International.

Club officers get credit toward their DCP goals for attending Club Officer Training. Training can be offered at three types of events:
District TLI or Toastmaster Leadership Institute includes several break out sessions for each of the seven club offices as well as general and advanced training offerings.
District COT or Club Officer Training addresses specific officer training in breakout sessions or in combined sessions.
Make Up Training is COT organized and implemented by a Division or Area Governor.

These sessions are open to all club members, including non-officers.
