Clubs or individuals need to register for the semi-annual district-sponsored Conferences. The conferences are usually held in April/May and October/November.

You can register yourself and your guest(s). Fill out the form below then click the "Submit" button. That will send your form as an email to the District 22 Conference coordinator.

NOTE that this only submits your registration form. You will still need to separately send in your payment.
