The Better Speaker Series: Ten Projects
This series is made up of programs which are intended to assist club members become
better speakers. Most of the modules are designed to be presented in 8 - 15 minutes,
depending on what the presenter determines is appropriate for the club.
Presentation of one of these modules is a credit towards the Advanced Communicator Silver award.
It is highly recommended that these modules not be presented word for word.
Rather, these modules should be studied then put into the words of the presenter
within the context of the needs of the club.
These modules do not have a formal evaluation. However, at the discretion of both the
presenter and the club, feedback can be given to the presenter. That feedback can be
done verbally and/or in written form.
