Webmaster to Get from the District Trio in May-June
Shortly after a new District Trio is elected (at the spring conference), a new Toastmaster year is about to begin.
To prepare for that, a number of things must change on the district website.
To make it easier to track what changes need to be made, below is a list:
District Governor Theme and Logo
- Logo to go at the top of every web page. Replace the file ./images_css_js/d22_gov_logo.jpg.
NOTE: this new logo file should be a maximum of 90 pixels tall and a maximum of 532 pixels wide to fit
- Color scheme may change to denote a new year. Modify the file ./images_css_js/d22_style.css as needed.
District Officers List
- Update The Trio page called The Trio
- Get the list of all district officers to update the list called Contact Us for the next year (and will replace the current Contact Us list on July 1st)
Calendar of Events
- Several events must be scheduled. That includes: officer training, conferences and contests. There may be additional ones.
- To assist, the Trio should use these two pages:
- Ultimately update the regular Calendar of Events
Home Page Articles
- Each member of the District Trio need to send his/her article to replace a home page tab
- A picture of the Trio member should be included in the article. The picture files go in ./images_css_js/.
- The Trio members must tell you the title to use in the home page tab.
