What Does a District Parliamentarian Do?
A District Parliamentarian serves for a full Toastmasters Year (July 1 through June 30th) to guide proceedings at district meetings. This guidance includes:
- District Executive Council meetings held quarterly
- District Council meetings held semi-annually
