What Does a TLI Coordinator Do?
A District TLI Coordinator serves for a full Toastmasters Year (July 1 through June 30th) to coordinate the semi-annual club officer training sessions. This coordination includes:
- Prior to each training session gather a group of volunteers to do the various activities needed such as lists, signage, registration packets, food, etc.
- Assure that any needed sound system gets properly set up
- Help find presenters for each individual club officer break out session
- Work with the District Trio on how they want the sessions to run
